Grandmummy’s Chocolate Sauce

1 tbsp butter
1 square of unsweetened chocolate
1/3 cup of water
1 cup of sugar
Melt butter and chocolate. Pour water and boil. Put sugar and reboil. Reduce heat, simmer for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
