Ginger Pork Tenderloin

1 1/2 lb of tenderloin 
2/3 cup soy sauce
2/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp brown cider vinegar
3 cloves of garlic, 2 tsp ground ginger
1/3 cup crystalized ginger chopped
Mix and pour over tenderloins.  Marinate overnight
Pour off marinade into saucepan.  Bake tenderloins at 350 for 30-45 min
Simmer marinade until it thickens.  May serve sauce hot or cold.  It is very strong.
